The Pope From Hell

An interesting interview from 2015:

The Pope From Hell – Father Paul Kramer – Caravan To Midnight – Episode 353

His Lifetime Strategy to Win American Protestantism to Ecumenism and Theological Liberalism

“The sermon became famous in theologically liberal circles within a few weeks. It was published in The Christian Century(June 8) and The Christian Work(June 10). But this was just the beginning. A layman in Fosdick’s congregation, Ivy Lee, approached him. He asked: Would Fosdick consent to a reprinting of the sermon? Fosdick agreed, and soon thereafter Lee sent 130,000 copies to ministers and laymen throughout the nation.(63) The original title had been toned down; it was now called The New Knowledge and the Christian Faith. After it had been mailed, Fosdick announced that all this had been done without his knowledge.(64) Over 30 years later, however, Fosdick admitted in his autobiography that Lee had come to him and had asked permission to publish it.(65) That is to say, he had lied in 1922.

Someone had put up the money to print and mail 130,000 copies of this sermon. At the time, it was not clear who had done this. Also, the title had been changed. Why? Fosdick never publicly admitted why: because John D. Rockefeller, Jr., had suggested the change. Rockefeller had written to Lee: “The object in circulating this sermon is to get the views therein expressed widely read and not stir up discord. The title which I suggest is clear and accurately descriptive,–at the same time it does not breathe controversy. . . . This is merely a suggestion; whatever Raymond Fosdick thinks wise, and perhaps he will care to take up with the matter with his brother, will be satisfactory to me.”(66)

What interest did Rockefeller have in all this? Considerable: he was putting up the money to mail it.(67)This expenditure was part of his lifetime strategy to win American Protestantism to ecumenism and theological liberalism, a plan that he supported with over one hundred million dollars.(68) Much of this was spent during an era in which the dollar was worth at least ten times more than it is today.”

No Peace or Prosperity Without World Government

The Killing of Uncle Sam, page 143:

In 1957, a congressional investigative committee revealed the following finding: “In the international field, foundations, and an interlock among some of them and certain intermediary organizations, have exercised a strong effect upon our foreign policy and upon public education in things international. This has been accomplished by vast propaganda, by supplying executives and advisers to government and by controlling much research in this area through the power of the purse. The net result of these combined efforts has been to promote ‘internationalism’ in a particular sense—a form directed toward ‘world government’ and a derogation of American ‘nationalism.’ The CFR has become in essence an agency of the United States Government [and its] productions are not objective but are directed overwhelmingly at promoting the globalist concept.”

This subversive purpose has been verified by Foreign Affairs, the Council’s own publication, which has been called “the most influential periodical in print” by Time magazine. In its inaugural issue (September 1922), the journal condemned “the dubious doctrines expressed by such phrases of ‘safety first’ and ‘America first.’” In its second issue, Philip Kerr, a member of the British Round Table, declared: “Obviously there is going to be no peace or prosperity for mankind so long as it remains divided into fifty or sixty independent states. Equally obviously there is going to be no steady progress in civilization or self-government among the more backward peoples until some kind of international system is created which will put an end to the diplomatic struggles of every nation to make itself secure. The real problem today is that of world government.”

The globalists have it backwards. There can only be world peace where different groups of people have the right to their own self-determination in their own homelands, without interference by outside forces. Parts of Europe seem to be awakening to this. Time will tell if North America does, too.
